Step 3: The Clip Art panel should now be visible about the right side with the application. First, expand the dropdown box under Results should be and uncheck everything but Clip Art. Although this step isn’t completely necessary, it’s going to speed up your research time a lttle bit.

Step 4: Next, expand the Search in dropdown list and select which locations you need to include in your search. In this example, I am leaving Everything checked in order that I can search as broad an assortment as possible. Note here, you will definately get far more results if the computer is coupled to the Internet because you will also have access to all with the clip art offered by Office Online.

Step 5: Enter a description of what you wish to search for in the Search box. Here, I’m just conducting a general search for Christmas, nevertheless, you can narrow this down should you be only considering images of reindeer, Christmas trees, or some different, as an example.

Step 6: Select an image you prefer, and click on it. It will appear inside the main portion of your document. Resize the style as needed either by dragging the borders in the picture to a new location or using the resizing technique explained here.

If the look you’ve chosen is often a black and white outline, you’re done which enable it to print the coloring page now. However, in case you selected a graphic with color, there exists a few more steps to look.

Step 7: With the picture selected, open the Format tab under Picture Tools around the Word ribbon.

Step 8: Click around the down arrow next to Recolor to expand that menu, and select the Grayscale option under Color Modes.

At this time, if you are very pleased with the appearance of your coloring page, it is possible to stop and print it. However, sometimes the look may still be considered a little dark colored. You can lighten it inside the following step.

Step 9: Expand the Brightness menu, and adjust the brightness for a satisfaction. In this particular example, I chose to increase the brightness by 30%. The amount you choose will depend about the image you’re working with and your individual personal preferences.
Now, the coloring page ends and ready to print. If you want a bit more variety, try adding several images towards the same page. For some extra fun, use the images on cardstock paper so that your hand-colored drawings might be sent out as holiday greeting cards, or use labels to ensure that your kids can color their particular stickers.
