In this example, I am leaving Everything checked to ensure I can search as broad an assortment as possible. Note here, you will get far more results in case your computer is connected to the Internet since you will also have use of all from the clip art available from Office Online.

Step 5: Enter some of what you want to search for inside the Search box. Here, I’m just conducting a general hunt for Christmas, however, you can narrow this down in case you are only considering images of reindeer, Christmas trees, or anything else, for instance.

Step 6: Select an image that suits you, and click on it. It will appear inside the main section of your document. Resize the look as needed either by dragging the borders in the picture to a fresh location or utilizing the resizing technique explained here.

If the picture you’ve chosen is often a black and white outline, you’re done which enable it to print the coloring page now. However, should you selected a graphic with color, there exists a few more steps to go.

Step 7: With the image selected, open the Format tab under Picture Tools for the Word ribbon.

Step 8: Click around the down arrow close to Recolor to be expanded that menu, and choose the Grayscale option under Color Modes.

At this time, should you are very pleased with the appearance of your coloring page, you can stop and print it. However, sometimes the image may still be a little too dark. You can lighten it within the following step.

Step 9: Expand the Brightness menu, and adjust the brightness to your satisfaction. In this particular example, I chose to improve the brightness by 30%. The amount you choose will depend around the image you’re dealing with and your personal personal preferences.
Now, the coloring page is fully gone and ready to print. If you want a bit more variety, try adding several images towards the same page. For some extra fun, listing the images on cardstock paper to ensure that your hand-colored drawings could be sent out as holiday greeting cards, or use labels to ensure that your kids can color their very own stickers.
